Report a bug or send feedback

Email thepoolhub@gmail.com with a short description of what happened. If you can include a screenshot and the device and browser you were using, that speeds things up. If you found the bug inside the app, you can also use the Send Feedback button in the burger drawer — it includes your account ID and the current page automatically.

Delete your account

You can delete your account from Account Settings inside the app. Your match history is preserved for your opponents' records, but your profile is removed from search and leaderboards. See our Privacy Policy for the full retention and restore details.

Run a comp on The Pool Hub

The Pool Hub supports Masters League, Knockout, Winner Stays On, Last Man Standing, and Killer formats, with Singles, Doubles, or Team-of-N composition. If you run a league, comp, or weekly night and want it on The Pool Hub, email us with a short description of how your comp works and we will help set it up.
